How long does delivery take?
Usually within a few days across Lebanon. We’ll message you after your order to confirm the exact delivery window before dispatch.
Will it fit my MacBook?
Yes—each product page lists the supported MacBook size and years. On your Mac, go to Apple menu () → About This Mac → More Info to see your exact model/year, then match it to the product listing.
Still unsure? Send us your model name (e.g., MacBook Air (M1, 2020)) or the A-number on the underside—we’ll double-check fit before dispatch.
Returns & issues
We don’t do change-of-mind returns. If something arrives damaged or the fit is wrong, contact us within 24 hours with photos/unboxing video and we’ll replace or make it right.
Care
Wipe with a dry microfiber cloth only. Avoid alcohol/acetone or rough cleaners.
Will it affect heat or ports?
No. The case has precise cutouts for ports and venting for airflow, so charging, USB-C, speakers, and cooling all work as intended.
