Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy – Adera


At Adera, we allow exchanges but do not offer refunds.


Exchanges

If you selected the wrong size or color, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.


To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused

• The item must be unopened

• The item must be in its original packaging and condition


Once we receive and inspect the product, you may exchange it for another item of equal value.


If the new item has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference.


No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer monetary refunds once an order has been delivered.


If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.
